This is an earpiece/microphone with a fitting for the Entel DX range ofย walkie-talkie radios.
It is a “semi-covert” style with an earpiece on a transparent curly tube that fits into the wearer’s ear, with a microphone complete with PTT button and clip to attach to the wearer’s lapel etc.
Also useful for keeping messages received on the radio private from those around the receiver.
