Once we have agreed, pack up the walkie-talkies that you want to send back to us.
Put together a list of what you are sending to us, together with as much detail on the nature of the faults as you can.
Then send them off to our office.
Some schools arrange to send us a set of their radios at the end of a school term, so that we can get them, check them out, fix them where possible, and get them sent back in time for the school’s re-opening.
